You can arrive by train and it's a short cycle from Bracknell station.

The post code is RG12 7QW but some satnavs don't recognise it. you may wish to enter the coordinates instead - N51.388 W0.740. Further details for the carpark and the directions can be found here.

If you wish to arrive by car please note apart from having to pay for parking, it does get very busy. You will need to arrive at least half an hour plus before your start to park up as there is often a wait for parking that time of day.

Note that Honey Monster has sent the following alternative parking info: see this map showing where parking is free, a couple of hundred yards from the lookout, and just short ride on cycle path. Postcode RG12 7FA. Saves £4 a car - buys a pint!

Update: Free car parking info added. As this month has no hare to speak of Gav and I (DiscoKing) will be doing a led ride from the Lookout near Bracknell. It's a pay car park to a visitor/activity centre to Swinley Forest. It will not be a bash set in flour for you to follow as would be traditionally. We will lead a ride from the trail head from 12 noon on Saturday the 28th February. The idea is to follow the marked trails for the most part but we will be adding some extra bits out the back to make it about approximately a 2.5 hour ride. We will set flour as we go. We will not mark the single track parts but make sure there is markings in the linking parts to keep you on track when a decision is required.
